Resources

The JHI Blog aims to be a dynamic resource for teachers and students of intellectual history.

We host a repository of comprehensive exam reading lists for graduate students working in the field, as well as a collection of detailed lesson plans that are based on JHI Blog articles.

The JHI Blog also hosts “virtual issues” of the Journal of the History of Ideas: collections of journal articles related to on a particular theme. These complications are a wonderful resource for students or teachers exploring a particular topic.

The editors are glad to provide advice for instructors who wish to use blog posts in the classroom. We can suggest specific blog posts and more!

To submit your own reading list or lesson plan, or for advice about using blog posts in the classroom, please contact us at blogjhi@gmail.com.
